~~LWM customised meal monitoring ;)

kepade yg mmpunyai mslh berat bdn mcm aku nihh..kt cni aku nk share suggested menu diet oleh LWM...dlm mse 4hari sahaja brt bdn aku trun 2KG!!

( tp aku wat treatment kt LWM la eek ;p)

so 2 u all..x pegi LWM ni pon xpee..klo ikot btol2 menu diet nii konfom mmg akn ade penurunan lah...i guarantee ok..

bangun je dr tdo, b4 gosok gigi mnum 250ml air ( 1 cup ) n after gosok gigi 250ml air ( 1 cup )

BREAKFAST :

1) whole meal bread ( 1 - 2 keping )

2) whole meal biscuit ( 1 - 4 keping )

3) oat / 3 in 1 nestum

4) fruits + yogurt ( plain, kiwi,strawberry )

* food avoid = durian, mango, banana

*1000 ml plain water needed ( 4 cups )

LUNCH :

1) rice (1/2) + vegetable + meat / fish

2) mee hoon ( soup )

3) spagetti

4) yong tau foo

* food void = yellow mee, kuey teow

*1000 ml plain water needed ( 4 cups )

DINNER :

NO CARBO = food avoid : rice, noodles, bread, biscuit

1) vegetables (soup) / fruits

2) protein ( meat, fish, egg, taufu )

*500 plain water needed ( 2 cups )

* No food taken 2 - 4 hours b4 sleep

>no carbohydrate at dinner

>drink at least 3litters plain water per day

>no fast food, no fried food, no mango, no banana, no durian

>all food has to cook in low salt or low oil method

>fruits for dinner : kiwi, dragon fruit, guava, green apple, starfruit, strawberry
